We, the Grover family, have owned and personally run our Cottages, Bungalows and Holiday Park for more than 30 years. We aim to provide high standards with value for money and are proud that so many of our visitors return year after year to this lovely part of Wales.

Cottages

Once a working farm, the Ocean View stone farmhouse and outbuildings have been tastefully converted into four delightful traditional cottages, each having superb panoramic views of Cardigan Bay and the surrounding countryside. Although they have a private location, the beach of Clarach Bay and its excellent holiday facilities are located just below the property. A perfect setting for an enjoyable holiday.

Each Cottage has its own character and is furnished and decorated with much thought. All have double glazing throughout and central heating via twin heat storage heaters which is fully inclusive of the hire charge. There are plenty of lawned gardens surrounding the property with picnic tables to relax and appreciate the fine views and the unforgettable sunsets. Parking is not a problem as there is a large spacious tarmaced courtyard.

Bungalow

Our modern semi-detached bungalow occupies an unrivalled peaceful seaside location with easy access to the beach and the excellent facilities of Clarach Bay.Alongside the bungalow there are lawns to enjoy the fine views of the beach and far beyond. There are picnic tables and outside seating for that afternoon apéritif or evening meal when the sun is setting over the sea. Just behind the property is a picturesque footpath which rises through the edge of our woodland and then levels out alongside the cliffs into Aberystwyth. The views are glorious.
