Hilton Court Gardens
12 acres of woodland gardens, island beds and borders containing a wide variety of unusual plants. Expanses of water and ponds, wild areas, a stream and waterfalls all add to the interest of this unique garden.

The Craft Centre & Shop
The Crafts Centre is housed in a group of restored stables, clustered around a cobbled Victorian courtyard.Here you will find a variety of craft units and shops, offering fabulous and unusual gifts, allowing you to shop in a relaxed and creative atmosphere.
The Balcony Tea Room
The Balcony Tea Room overlooks the lake and gardens offering tranquil views and a respite for all.We have a reputation for freshly homemade cakes and gateaux, and perhaps the most perfect setting for a cup of tea or coffee.
The Gardener's Rest Restaurant
Hilton Court's 18th Century stable-block and courtyard once housed and fed horses, pigs and cows. It has now been tastefully renovated to provide Pembrokeshire's visitors and locals alike with homemade mouth-watering dishes.The setting is cosy, relaxed and very friendly, and in good weather many visitors prefer to dine 'al fresco' in the courtyard.
